Islam is the continuation of the previous religions which were revealed to Adam, Jesus (Eesa/Isa), Abraham (Ibrahim), Lot (Lut), Moses (Musa), Aaron (Harun), Noah (Nuh), Jacob (Yakub), Yusuf (Joseph) and other mesengers of the one Almighty God (Allah) and Finally Muhammed (Peace be upon him)
There were 124000 messengers which came to this earth but those religions were for the people of that time but Islam is for the entire mankind, Allah (The Almighty one God has revealed revelations on Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) who is the last and the final messenger to humanity) !
Muslims believe in Resurrection on the Day of Judgement and Muslims also Believe that Jesus will return !

Holy Qura`an Chapter 112 Verse 1 to 4
Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One,
Allah , the Eternal Refuge.
He neither begets nor is born,
Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
