I'm Hannah. I'm in my 20s & use a Hospice. My current diagnosis is Probable Mitochondrial Encephalopathy (which has changed since 2017 when I started this channel) This is the 'Umbrella Diagnosis' meaning that all of my other health problems stem from the Mitochondrial Disease.
I use this channel sporadically (sorry...) My main focus is split between Poetry and Activism.
On the Activism front I've been working on NHS policy advisory work, given talks to the Royal Society of GPs, Hospice UK and others. I have spoken to MPs in Parliament about inequality in the NHS, & also write about life limiting illness in mainstream publications, e.g. Teen Vogue & Grazia.
