Our engaging community nutrition education programs are delivered through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed), Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), and Children, Youth, Families at Risk (CYFAR). These research-based programs empower participants to choose nutritious foods and be physically active within a limited budget through programming that is interactive and culturally sensitive.
