An avid street and dirt motorcyclist my entire adult life and highly decorated former law enforcement officer in my hometown of Bakersfield, California. My work as the Production Security Coordinator for Artist Production Group in Bakersfield opened doors into executive protection which i did on and off for years. Ambushed on duty in 1987, my control under fire and life saving actions towards the public earned me a Kern County Sheriff's Office Commendation of Valor and a California Peace Officer Certificate of Valor. And with those awards I can get coffee at regular price at any Denny's... After that work, I have covered local and professional motorsports for several publications, worked as a Media Coordinator for NASCAR during the 50th Anniversary ramp up and worked as a construction manager on numerous city-block size commercial projects in Seattle, WA and ended the work phase with a couple of decades in an 8 axle truck and pup (dump truck) until I was injured and retired.
