On The Outside (OTO) is a Nashville-based pop/country vocal group composed of vocalists Andrew Bloom, Dawson Huckabee, Sam Jenkins, and Jon Klaasen. Perhaps best described as âif Dan and Shay had a lovechild w/ One Directionâ, the groupâs unique sound, and charisma has helped cement its presence in the hearts of legions of fans around the world. On TikTok, OTO boasts over 5.6 million followers and over 95 million likes.
