58 videos • 53 views • by Cousin Schultz This area was once the Rich Valley Golf Course in Rosemount Minnesota. The golf course officially closed in October of 2021. I witnessed many people trespassing and continuing to play the course for free through the end of May 2022. I may have even witnessed the very last person to golf the course prior to the grass and weeds becoming unmanageable. Excavation crews started transforming the land in June of 2022. I have another playlist that shows the excavation process of the old golf course from June through December of 2022. During the winter of 2022/2023 construction began on the new FedEx Warehouse building. Unfortunately I was not able to fly the Litchi mission during the month of January due to extremely cold temperatures. My goal is for this playlist to contain all flights from February of 2023 through the completion of the structure.
