I feel like it always sucks when companies do this.
Mainly because if they want to come out with a sexy concept or a group that does a sexy concept or have sexy elements it really wouldn't be that hard in my opinion for them to find trainees who would be very comfortable in doing that we've had groups in the past who are comfortable with it and we've had groups even now that are comfortable with that.
But it makes no sense to try to force the sexiness onto a group like every time I see people complaining about this group and their company and them trying to bank on sexualizing the girls it kind of reminds me of stellar and how their company did the exact same thing to them because they weren't comfortable with a lot of the music videos and concepts that they were given but they had no right to deny their company because of the way the contracts and everything were written up. And I think that absolutely sucks because it's like personally I feel like it wouldn't be that hard if you have Chinese and you have an idea of a concept that you want to come out with to legitimately sit there and pick people that would be comfortable with that concept and then from whatever number of people you got from there to dwindle it down to however many members you want to have and that would be perfectly okay with doing that concept. Or if it was more of like a group getting older and starting to get more comfortable with doing things a bit more adultish like twice as they got older you can clearly tell if the members were vying for more adult like get the company still respected the girls individually like there are members that we know for a fact we're not going to see wearing short skirts and short shorts because it's not something they're comfortable and but they'll wear other things that they are comfortable in like it's really not that hard.

Can I just add as a big chested girl that just because she's pulling up her top does not mean she's uncomfortable in the clothing Inherently.
She may not be physically uncomfortable, which is one problem, but does not mean she is uncomfortable in that type of clothing. I love strapless tops... but they do ride down, and it can be annoying. But I find sometimes it's worth it to be cute.
So please don't just use this video of her fixing her top while dancing as her being uncomfortable in her clothes mentally.
If someone shoved words like that down my throat, I might feel like maybe I should be uncomfortable. And that can be damaging to self-confidence.
Maybe instead of making this such a big deal, we just advocate for more appropriate clothing choices for active choreo? Clear straps, safety shorts, clothing that doesn't ride up or down, fashion tape, ect.
But this is just my 2 cents as a chesty girl.
As for the music video, it's odd... but I really didn't think much of it until people pointed it out. It's a summery concept. Me and my friends and I have recorded videos in some of these same sort of outfits and poses.... including that jumping shot.
But all members are 20+ so maybe we just stop trying to speak for them or sexualizing them ourselves. I'm sure they would speak up if they felt need to if they were truly that uncomfortable. Many idols and groups speak out against management these days if something is bad. It's becoming normal.

See that's the CLEAR difference between being SEXY and being SEXUALIZED. Cignature clearly feels uncomfortable, and you don't need to go far to see it. In the other hand, groups who are okay being sensual and sexy (KIOF, IDLE, etc) always make it clear that it is their choice and that they are comfortable doing so. People need to stop projecting and pay attention to groups who are actually being exploited.
