I used only do weights , had a trainer , I love it ! Now at 65 I have arthritis, I still do weights but keep it to 8, 10 . So I’m not a total cardio queen ! Actually I went for a facial yesterday and the women was like you have amazing arms , do you work out ! I share your channel information all the time ! All great workouts , Thank you, Jude

Cardio all the way. The reason I choose cardio I used to go to the gym and do weights and machines and then I was invited into the cardio aerobics class. I toned up in a matter of three weeks compared to one year I love cardio. I also broke my back. I fell off a motorcycle, fortunately the doctor said I had very strong bones and whatever you’ve been doing keep doing I have been doing aerobics since I was 19 and now I’m 59 cardio

Cardio. I am 58. I did weight training in my 20s and 30s and the muscle is still there. In fact, I am built like a gymnast. Barely 5 feet tall but lots of muscle. Think MaryLou Reyton. I am lucky that I have no physical or health issues to keep me from working out. I just like cardio. Every now and then, I will do some arm weights, but I am happy with the muscles I have, so the goal is just to maintain my weight.

It’s Step for me!!! Great workouts and music, helps me with my dyslexia, forcing me to think about my left and right which is a particular problem area for me, but Chris you teach so well and break things down helping me to understand your moves and how best to achieve them.

Weights! I get lots of cardio while doing BodyPump classes. Plus if you warm up prior and stretch it out afterwards, you have the best of all three worlds! Lifting weights is really good for bone health, makes you stronger, and a workout stays with you longer burning more calories and replacing fat with muscle. That said, I love, love doing Chris’ step classes! Love me some step!

ALL 3!! 1- weights to protect my bones 2- cardio for my heart 3- yoga for my sanity...they're all needed in different ways.
