These are my family’s absolute favourite. You will never know how yum these are till you make them & try for yourself🥰
For the Dough:
1 cup Wholewheat Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 cup Curd (Dahi)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Lukewarm Water - as required (to knead)
Stuffing:
1/2 cup Crumbled Paneer
1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Boiled Sweetcorn
Oregano & Chiliflakes
Salt & Pepper
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Method:
* For the dough, mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Pepper Powder & Oil till crumbly. Then add curd & knead the dough with lukewarm water. (The dough should be soft & stretchy)
* Cover the dough with a muslin cloth for 30-40 minutes.
* Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. For which combine all the mentioned ingredients and set aside.
* Now, divide the dough into roundels. Roll out each roundel and stuff it with the filling as shown in the video. Don’t forget to seal the edges using little water.
* Place the Naan Bombs on a lined tray and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
* Serve hot & enjoy
