Mt Shasta was the same way. One of California's biggest lakes was lower than I could've ever imagined. Now its full, and amazing.

I go to that lake every other week. Very beautiful. All the people are beautiful it was full. It’s empty now but it’s getting back to being good wet rain season. Lots of snow too lots of snow.

Correction: Isabella Lake, not Lake Isabella. Part of the reason Isabella lake has not been full, is due to the fact that the dam was not structurally sound and needed to be rebuilt. It was finally completed last year.
