1. Allah said he revealed the Qur'an himself and would surely guard it against corruption. Till date the Qur'an is still preserve
2. A challenge for any one to produce a chapter close to it
3. It claimed if it were from any other than God then surely they would be contradictions in it
4. It challenges the reader to think and ponder over creation as it would naturally point him to God
5. The linguistic, scientific miracles
Islam has a lot of argument to support itself. The Qur'an alone is enough. It is literally the greatest miracle. We thank Allah for Islam.

Any time I’ve ever seen a video of someone playing an instrument around cows, they always come running towards it. So, them running towards the Surah’s doesn’t mean anything. 🤦♀

Muslims don't seem to know much about cows. In many ways, cows are like large vegetarian dogs. They're social, crave human company, recognize their names, come running when they're called (only the cow that's called comes), they follow people that they like around, they're even protective of people they like. There's a reason why Indians, who are a heavily dairy consuming culture, became close to them - even though there's specifically nothing in the religion itself that's against beef. It's a cultural value.
