Yes it's groundhog day every day for us people I don't bother dreaming anymore of going on holiday because it's a pipe dream. This is why we have depression because our hopes and dreams have been shattered. Our days and weeks and months and years and decades consist of daily medication daily struggle daily sadness daily pain daily depression or should I say years and decades. There's not much to smile about or laugh about, but worry greif and dread. We are cut off from the living from society. It's shocking really. π’

Good you're aware it's immature to stiil be throwing tantrums at your age. If I still have my parents because I'm also senior now but if I'm younger in that situation I''D GLADLY JOIN MY FAMILY BECAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DWELL ON NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. You brought it upon yourself to be left.

I hear you, I was just talking with my son when he ask about a village we visit in Ireland when he was 14....this almost me cry, I miss a lot of my home country where I grew up, my husband and I planed to go back but now we are here in groundhog life and that's okay, his health is much more important than dreams. Hang in there xxx
