Hello Mandy..I had a visa appointment on the 8th of August but the one checking those having appointment did not allow me to have my interview due to the fact that the bar code on my DS 260 did not match the one on the appointment date form..though my name was among those having date that particular day..
now I am confused because I know the consular is concern about the DS 260 so why did he mess up my life ...now need to defer my program to incur another SEVIS !!!!
