I think people don't realize how important sleep is in maintaining a healthy weight and having the energy to exercise. I had a hard time losing the "baby weight" in that first year with all the sleep deprivation messing up my appetite and food cravings, but once I could sleep through the night I finally had some energy to actually take care of myself too.

Tim, I truly appreciate how you stand for women in a world where we are supposed to do so much in and out of the house. I pray that men watch your videos and understand how to treat a woman in all seasons. Also, I pray for women to stop putting so much pressure on themselves to have everything figured out. Here is my thing too what I don't understand about man is they act like they don't change as well!!! If you're sitting over here eating green beans potatoes tomatoes with me and we both are not in the best health however it seems to always come back harder on the female. A lot of older men especially in their forties have what are called dad guts. And trust me as a woman who has dated older man all of her life my ex-husband was almost 20 years older than me every man I have dated I literally have to help him get medical insurance because they have not been to the doctor in over 10 years including the one I end up marrying and divorcing so trust me if man put that much effort into themselves and get their own health together instead of worrying about what we look like we can both stick around more because maybe we can both get back in the gym together and focus on our health together there are men that don't even know they even are diabetic trust me I've been there too many times they don't even have a primary care physician let me stop before I go too deep

My wife has given me 2 beautiful children. She is 30-40 pounds heavier than when we met. She is self conscious about her weight gain. She will question my attraction to her. It breaks my heart.
