my question is why did the staff let her see the comments and make her do it, it’s the staffs job to report and moderate the chats, they clearly want sympathy, even small streamers have moderators for this exact reason. There’s no way a multi million dollar company can’t afford to moderate their live stream and has to rely on this poor girl to do it herself.
