It also forces your liver to work very hard digesting your food once you do get to sleep (when it should be repairing). That is the #1 cause of ageing related diseases, wearing out your organs, especially the liver. According to my endocrinologist it's also good to have a breakfast bar next to the bed, so that your liver isn't forced to generate a ton of glucose when you wake (which gives you energy). Anything you can do to make your liver not work so hard will make you a lot healthier.

If this was true then everyone who fasted for religious reasons would be obese. People that do IF wouldMy lose weight if this were true either. Plenty of people doing IF choose to eat at night so maybe do just like 2% more research in the 1% effort you put in to Google this.
