I liked the idea that I read in a fic, that Big E, not wanting to become a God and lose all his remaining humanity, needs to get rid of all the extra spiritual energy that praying for him causes.
The solution? Keeping the Saints' souls intact and whole in the Immaterium, whilst bringing them back during the times of need.
The only problem? They become fanatic, and the level of prayers multiple when they appear. XD
