We used to do these as kids easily. But most of us have lost them as adults. Can you do these simple tasks that can possibly make us younger again? One arm hang and squat with no hands!

You guys are the best. Channel made me realized how fucked my mobility is going to be if I don’t do these exercises. Start now! Or you’ll regret it later.

Been static hanging for six months. Totally fixed my bad shoulder. Like miraculous cure! Now I am starting one arm and swinging. Fun! I cannot stand up without my hands. But about 3 months into movement work cuz of you guys I KNOW I am going to nail it soon enough. I’m 65. I am pretty dang strong. Been a gym rat my whole life. This Strength Side stuff has been the absolute missing piece. Thank you.

As an office worker spending hours in front of the computer 💻 I can testify that hanging and also do the one arm twisting (with my feet helping me on the floor) has been an absolute game changer. No more pain in shoulders and neck. Thank you 🙏.

Using my hands, instead of core, snuck up on me after I turned 50. Now I make it a point to stand and climb stairs without using my hands. So happy you guys are getting the word out there!

I remember the first time I saw a video on calisthenics, that's all the stuff I was doing on the playground as a kid. Man, I wish someone had told me then, not to stop.

I am an 89 year old male and this channel has helped me immensely. In the past 2 years I have gone from couch master to doing two hand hangs for 3.5 minutes, single arm hangs for 1.5 minutes, standing up from the ground without using my arms or hands, stationary squats for 4 minutes, 17 pull ups and monkey bar movements across the gym in the retirement village. If I can do it, anybody can so please don’t doubt yourself

I can not get down on the ground and that’s my main reason for getting back into exercise. I want to play with my kids on the ground at their level.

Your channel is so unique, a spin on reverse aging - I’m 58 and trying to move like a child again. 👦 ❤

I love that I got into climbing as a 23 year old. It has helped me keep up with mobility and strength. And just super fun

I've never had the luxury of dedicated training sessions, so I made a choice to turn every moment into an opportunity for intense training. Instead of simply walking, I move swiftly yet silently. Where I can, I break into a run. Leaping up stairs in groups of four, I make every step a challenge. I engage in immersive play, bouncing, jumping, and hanging around as if training for a competition. Kids join in on the fun—I create challenges that push our bodies to their limits. I teach them skills for self-defense, instilling strength and agility in them. It's a lively and vigorous routine, a unique way to train and bond with the energy of youth.

I am so glad your videos popped up on my feed! I'm 53, yoga and fitness instructor, and what I work on myself most often is mobility. y'all are awesome. I can go from standing to sitting... but not reverse.. yet😊

I'm envious of that haircut. It's reached a point of perfection.

I encourage anyone and everyone who will listen to me to do mobility training!! I can hang from one arm. Not for a very long time. But i can do it. I can also get down and up from the ground with no hands 🎉 Mobility is so important.

As a beat up old lady (60), yes! I still can do it. Osteoarthritis on one knee and one shoulder, rotator cuf issues on the other...I guess I'm lucky I can still say yes😂😂😂❤
