I believe the weekly portal event is on a set cycle, similar to GW2’s town hall. I do appreciate that rando’s ops allows us to actually play ops mode every once in a while. A really forgotten game mode.

At least it's not Satellite Takeover, that gamemode literally changes nothing about Turf.
I wish they made Battle Arena, Vanquish Confirmed, Suburbination, and Gnome Bomb able to be played online at any time. Waiting for them to show up as a weekly just for a break between the same two boring modes is infuriating.
