Ok, I'm gonna be the stupid one here & ask the obvious....'Why throw it away? Why not just keep it & set it aside with a dated brass plate underneathe or above it? You achieved something a lot of people wish they could. You can then reach the same number of subscribers again on the same channel & place another dated brass plate next to the other one. The plates would show when the successes took place.'

I love your content, whatever the topic is. :) I just wonder if the youtube algorythm doesnt recommend your videos because of the high subs but low views... maybe your videos would be recommended much more on a fresh channel , with subs who 100% watch the content. wish you the best <3

I don't think you need to throw away the plaque, because it's still representative of your past success. Although you're repurposing the channel, the plaque still represents what the channel used to be, which can serve as a source of nostalgia, and motivation that you can accomplish great things within other domains in the future.
