Versace L'homme, like most vintage men's fragrance has a beautiful dry down on skin. On paper you can leave it hours and it will minutely change. Spray it on your wrist and the powdery, heavyness of the scent gives way to a more fresh citrus. It's definitely underrated, but yes it meant for the established man, not the frat bro.

What I like about Blue Jeans is that while it smells dated in the sense that fragrances like it aren’t popular right now, it doesn’t really smell old, in the sense that it doesn’t smell like something an old man would wear. It still smells youthful, it’s just a youthfulness from a different era.
I imagine L’Homme does smell like old man though.

Blue Jeans is one of my favs that I will always have on hand. Love it along with Dylan Blue, Eros, Eros Flame, and Pour Homme. Not a fan of Man Eau Fraiche or The Dreamer

I wore Versace Blue Jeans just a few days ago, still a great fragrance and lasts most of the day, as for the Homme, I have a first formula vintage and holy cow you wanna talk about a punch to the face 😂

Blue jeans is overhated but I hate the opening to be honest. Other than that its fine for the price.

I have both - L'homme does smell dated but I think it smells better than Blue Jeans. And the atomizer is really good even if not pressurized!
