Well sadly japan is a completely different work culture, there its desirable to overwork in the public eye, sure the people that have to do it feel awful but theres a much bigger problem than just studios overworking their workers the entire culture needs to be changed.

Mappa should really sell some of it's series, or at the very least stop getting new ones.
Also this may be controversial (i watched and love every big Anime mappa is making rn, in some cases i love the particular Mappa style while in others i wish other studios handled those shows) Mappa should prioritize ending the series that are finished and putting on standby the long running ones.
Make CSM up until the end of part 1, than hard pause it until you get other stuff done. Pause Vinland Saga. Finish Hell's Paradise.Finish fucking AoT. Pause OPM (without even making one season). Pause JJK (this would be the most painful one to me personally).

I honestly do not care. Majority of the world in almost all industries are being overworked and we get by. I just need that last episode of Attack on Titan.
