Why Didn't We Know Cops Could See Through Walls Until Now!? #LawyerReacts #AttorneyReacts #Xaver

Why are we just now seeing courts shut down the police use of through-wall radars like Xaver products?

These radars enable police and military to see movement inside of a building, even from a football field away. Cops use them when they're snooping on a suspect, but they don't request search warrants to use them. We are only just now finding out about them because the right lawyers are asking questions about police findings in searches. When a lawyer brings the use of these radars up, judges are able to decide if the police are violating citizens' rights.

One of the major points here is to hire a good lawyer who is willing to get down to the nitty gritty in order to find out police activity in your case. Because these radars weren't covered under search warrants, many times, their findings can be thrown out in court.

Two years? This has been going on for longer than two years. What are you talking about? It first came out back in the early 2000s.

It's because lawyers do not challenge the validity of their claim

What i would like to know is why police need to tear apart houses when exicuting a search warrant for a person when this technology is available?

Because the courts are in place to support the police, not to insure justice. You should already know that as an attorney - I'm guessing your question was rhetorical.

I wonder if a law was passed that required them to disclose these if the NDAs would still be valid.
