I experience something similar. Whenever I have a serious conversation with someone I start getting dizzy(?), my vision becomes blurry, my heart rate picks up, sometimes I start shaking and it also feels like I'm not real. I don't know what's the cause tho

It was really hard, i was criticized for my religion they said awful things about my religion and imposed their beliefs onto me. They also they gaslighted and manipulated me. They said that my religion is evil and bad just because of some differences and some different beliefs compared to their religion and after that I have been dealing with anxiety and past flashbacks
