There are many big differences between a6700 and a7cii/a7cr but the difference between a7cii and a7cr isnt much if you look on YouTube

I think we’ve long passed the point where basic image quality is a decision making factor with most modern cameras. You can pick up so many bodies and get amazing images suitable for a wide use case.
The tools and settings either for video or specific photo use seems to be the next step for making your choice.

I feel the question is fundamentally wrong and you're never going to be able to tell the difference from a YouTube short. It's more about use case. Even if the IQ of all three cameras is very close, it's more about flexibility. The A7Cii and A7Cr are going to allow for more flexible cropping and cleaner low-light photography. I own the A7Cii with a 16-35gmii and 70-200gmii, so I know how good the quality can be, but all 3 cameras are fantastic and could be used in professional settings.

Honestly... they all look the same to me😂 but it might be because of YouTube's compression. And i think it would be easier to know what lenses you used with which camera and the settings, because Full Frame at f4 and APSC at f2.8 will almost look the same
