The texture would drive me insane. I would either have to have it grinded smooth, or put siding on it. Id have to coat the outside in an epoxy incase there are air pockets

Watch the 60 minute episode on this. This is a philanthropic company battling homelessness that also has a contract with NASA to build structures in the moon! These houses are fireproof and hurricane proof. Super interesting story and very impressed with the guys who started this company!

Yes, id buy all day! it's made out of concrete vs breakable wood frame. Way better and way more accurate vs some labor workers who may or may not be spot on in measuring
