How do we bridge the gap between a 9-5 to a one-person business? I feel the trickiest part is time blocking to create when the 9-5 job is taking up most of my time and energy. It’s so soul depleting I just want to sleep as soon as my shift ends and by the time the weekend arrives I have 0 energy left, how do we fight this so we can break the tedious loop?

i have managed to start working 4-8 hours a day of completely focused work. it only start because ive been passionate about what i've been working on and researching. the best way to start is by letting your creative side out and doing what you live, so those 4-8 hours pass by and forget you're living this life sometimes, lol.

I think it's a great video & content. More than the specifics the scary part goes towards automatic behaviour, at any moment he questions enjoyment, but describe as well a few things to make a statement (snooze, drinking something to wake, be in an unfulfilling work and Ways to get and leave, argue with a partner instead of communicating or enjoying each other's company, get distracted until you pass out without even thinking about you or question any of those acts and behaviours.). But if you really recognize you enjoy what he just described, by all means congratulations. Keep enjoying your absolutely controlled and automatic behaviours and life. You proudly belong to the regular and new normal mass behaviour.
Nothing wrong with having very low bars into what makes you feel alive, worthy and/or secure in life. Certainly people that think differently will judge other that don't conform to what we/they/I conform with. Either way/path/behaviours you choose and like, we can all be more awake and conscious about ourselves and the people & circumstances we surround ourselves with in general mates.

I was on reddit and everyone was agreeing that the worst advice is to tell someone to leave their 9-5 and start a business. Mind blowing. Yet these same people cry about the work they do. It's all "choice".
