Tal cual es así. Sencillo. Y si aunque no puedan continúan hay mucho del "deber ser", de mandatos culturales, de las miradas externas. De aquello que fue "injertado " desde niño o niña. Y ahí aparece el "golpe" . Pero necesario para abrir los ojos y mirar y observar y poder buscar ayuda para desarmar las estructuras culturales, familiares, etc.

En efecto. Literalmente sientes como tu psique se fractura o en casos muy severos, se rompe por completo. Es como forzar una liga y de tanto estirarla, esta se adelgaza y se revienta. Ahora que, si se preguntan cómo se siente: se siente como si te apagaran desde el pecho, sientes una especie de adormecimiento, y literalmente ya no sientes nada.
