NO PAIN NO GAIN - Let's forget about this Fitness Term

Today, I want to address a common fitness myth: "No pain, no gain." Experiencing soreness after a workout is normal, but feeling actual pain during exercise is different. If you're in pain, it could indicate an issue or even an existing injury.

Working out is meant to challenge your body, but it should never be so painful that you're wincing with every move. Remember, "If it hurts, stop." Take a break, rest, and if the pain persists, see a doctor. Ignoring your body's signals could lead to more significant problems.

Fitness is about improving health, not jeopardizing it. Listen to your body, take care of yourself, and enjoy workouts without unnecessary pain. Stay fit, stay healthy, and I'll catch you in the next one. Peace!

Yeah, I heard a popular youtuber say if you feel relaxed while stretching it's not an efficient stretch and I disagree very much. You should always feel good while working out, even if you find the moves a little challenging or you don't feel that energetic on that day. Plus who would want to work out regularly if it made you feel miserable?

Oh I remember the days when you would stretch, and when that was β€œ comfortable β€œ then stretch a bottle but more. Lol πŸ˜‚. Also the old school sit-ups ouch. No wonder I have longer than normal limbs ( only joking about the limbs πŸ˜‚) but holy moly those days were not good. Your the bestest of the best ❀🏴󠁧󠁒
