I was having thoughts of unaliving myself, then suddenly I felt a dark presence in the corner, prayed the rosary, and felt like everything would be okay. It's so creepy how true this is. Pray the rosary for everyone. You never know who's afflicted because the thoughts really feel like they're yours.

Placing a mother mary blessed figurines in all rooms with kick ass all the demons whose haunting people also placing holy water everywhere is good. I put rosary all rooms in the house. Place rosary under pillow as well never really saw a nightmare after that. Also recite rosary everyday so no demons can enter the house too.
Basically have a prayer routine really helps.

I'm an ex-atheist. I had a bad case of demonic oppression in 2016 that was like depression. I now pray 5 rosaries a day!
