This stretch will help the muscles and joints from your wrist, muscles top of your forearm to the elbow (lateral).

Watch the video TWICE to check hand positions, and correct rotation.
Reminder to hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
And if the joint or muscle is tender to the touch, then ice the area for 15 minutes.
