The amount of energy spent in wanting her to see your improvement is validating her reasoning for breaking up

I was down for sure
but then I started working out and my gosh I have women look me all the time with my renewed confidence
but why am I saying this?
Because my ex stays right by the gym
and I walk to the gym shirt less and I get allot of looks

I don’t care what he thinks or wonders. I’m not in it that deep to care that far into something that’s not very significant or all that deep. It was an oops. I hadn’t dated in a long time. It was just an oops and that’s all it was. Nothing more nothing less. It was just a quick fling. He’s way too young for me obviously something that shouldn’t have even crossed the line. I never knew it would be out on blast on social media. It’s an embarrassing private mistake that I put behind me. It’s unrealistic and unnatural to go further. It’s bad judgement on my behalf.
