Hey everyone, this is a reuploaded version of my previous super horn video
The tone of that one was not really consistent with the rest of the videos on my channel, and it apparently came across like I was being pissy and trying to tell people how to play the game, and I want to apologize for that
In reality, the goal was to offer advice on how to improve your item play to minimize your chances of getting #marioKarted, but I think that message got lost in the more negative tone of the video. I hope this one better conveys what I was trying to do with my last video, and I hope you all enjoy!

Thanks for the reupload, I think this gets your idea across much more clearly. This really is a useful tip for online play, it's a shame it came to the original fiasco earlier.

Yea the horn is the most valuable first place item, no point in using it just to have worse items be given to you from the double item box.

If you're aiming to take first, the only things that matter are when the 1st and 2nd places finish. Hitting anyone else has been a waste, and that item probably could have been used defensively.

The same as with red shells. Always keep them first as defense until you found the best moment to throw them (when your opponent hast just passed a double item box for instance)

I understand completely where you’re coming from because I’ve kicked myself multiple times for using the super horn to aggressively/to soon when I should have held onto it and waited. I appreciate your tone in the first video! I can tell that you just want people to be the absolute best they can be at Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and I appreciate the hell out of that! I want to be better too! Haha ✊
