As someone who won't ever drink yerba mate, simply because I don't really like bitter or hot drinks, these videos are still nice. They're calm and I learn something new almost every time

Since I already had my mate for today, I made a tiny "shot" bc I like the flavor and needed some caffeine, even tho my tolerance is pretty high.
By shot I just meant a small portion brewed like tea, gulped a lot of wet dust when I finished, yuck

I used to drink 2-3 energy drinks a day because I work super early shifts, but now I’ve switched to Yerba mate and I’m feeling so so much better. It actually makes me feel more awake and aware than Celsius or Bang did, your channel has been a wonderful source of information so thank you!
