This is so true. I have started to apply the Pomodoro Technique to my personal projects and job. Incorporated meditation, breathing, stretching, short workouts and walking in my breaks and if I tell you that I have accomplished more in one week than I have in the past month 😢 , it really feels great when I see the small tasks adding up!
The algorithm threw your channel my way @DanKoeTalks but you won’t understand how you have influenced me to make changes at a reasonable pace without pressuring or degrading myself.

I graduated from high school about 6 months ago, and I can see a huge drop in my cognitive powers and just my brain as a whole. It’s indeed a muscle that should be trained and maintained, I wish I saw this video right after my graduation instead of wasting my time on YouTube and consuming useless things. Thanks Dan for opening hearts and eyes.

People feel that the 12 or 13 years of schooling is enough and they find a decent job, hopefully, that pays just enough to find some comfort and they don't do any more upgrading to their knowledge base.
I did it myself. Now I am reaching 49 years old now and wanting to do all of these things that I don't really have the energy for.
Not gonna let it stop me. It is what it is. So what. I may have to take that nap at 630pm, wake up at 11pm and work on something til 2am and go back to bed.
The hard part is after feeling so good after 2 hours of sleep that I get into something that winds me up and keeps me from going back to bed.

I hate the school system so much that I dropped out and got into digital marketing plus content creation (YouTube and Udemy)
