Accountability for your own actions is the first step , but excuses for your actions is another step backwards 🙏 if your truly wanting to work on yourself seek help outside the house professional help you both need counseling him for allowing this type behavior and you for doing that type behavior theirs nothing wrong with outside help if your both really wanting to commit to each other and save your marriage we all are a damage ppl physically, mentally , a trait passed down in our ancestors but knowledge of the problem could be the right direction. There are 8 of us 4 boys and 4 girls and we had to talk loud in order to be heard in our house lol but the love was there always
