Your videos are excellent! Yes, women either still do what I call the “MySpace Party Girl pose” (your before pose - usually done by late-Gen X and Millenial women) or they do what I call the “Wonder Woman pose” (facing forward with hands on the waist and slightly squeezing in the waist - usually done by Boomer and early Gen-X women) because they were taught that it makes them look “slimmer”. Your poses are great because they look more elegant and they still make the figure look flattering.

I usually (99 times out of 100 ) avoid taking photos. I never feel comfortable, always kinda joke around. And then I saw couple og your videos and started to think about my posture and the way I pose. Amd it's not amazing but it does give me this sense of control and comfort. Thank you ❤❤❤

You are so good! I have just given up hope at looking good in pics and when I watch you, I feel hope is alive. I can do this. What do you do if there are a series of pics being taken and you don't want to look like in each pic you're touching your collar bone or head? Do I just figure some pics will look better than others cuz in some shots I would be guilty of just 2 poses with my hands? Maybe that'll just be my new pose, no matter who says what. Dunno
