Well, there is science behind the same.
There are centers in our brains that get activated when we receive love and appreciation.👍
These are the same centers that are activated when are motivated and happy.🤩
Now, why am I telling you this is because these have a direct impact on our business and life.
When we are depressed or unmotivated, it directly has a result on our finances and we don't want that. Isn't it?😊
So, what I want to propose here is to make it a natural state to stay in that high energy that comes from appreciation and deep love.❤️
And, we are the ones who can provide ourselves with the love we seek.

So, here is a simple task for you.

Give yourself a nickname.

Now from today onwards make a promise to yourself to address yourself with this nickname and listen to yourself without judgment for five minutes every day while looking into a mirror.
