1.Begin by standing with a pair of dumbbells held at armā€™s length in front of your waist, with you palms facing towards you.ā 
2.Gradually lift the weights in front of your torso, ensuring they stay close to your body, until your elbows reach shoulder height.ā 
3.Pause at the top of the movement, feeling the contraction in your muscles.ā 
4.Reverse the motion, slowly lowering the dumbbells back to the starting position.ā 
5.Maintain control throughout the exercise to engage your muscles effectively.ā
