Saying something has chemicals and that's bad (water is a chemical). "If you can't pronounce it don't eat it" (plenty of people can't pronounce dihydrogen monoxide). Never addressing that different people might have different needs (not everyone reacts the same to the same diet). Uses BMI but doesn't address why it's a flawed calculation. Demonizes carbs or fats as a blanket statement. Organic is automatically better, no valid explanation. Instead of a cookie you can eat 78 servings of something that's not like a cookie in any way shape or form (fat free unsweetened yoghurt whip, blueberries, jello with sweetener, cucumber slices).
