I know to a lot of people this may seem to be common sense. But Iβm SO glad you are making these videos and doing so in such a kind way. Not everyone has home training on these rules of etiquette and you do such a lovely job of conveying the teaching without shaming people for perhaps not knowing any better. I had a family member who did this regularly. One place billed her a month later for the items took. I had never laughed so hard at anyone as I did her. They billed for the items as new. And all I could say was karma always comes back.
