I always said I was lucky because I don't remember being 4 years old... But I do remember being 7 and 8 a little but never felt tramatized but just relisting at 40 that that's why I just let people use me ... Because I'm scared to say no. Thank you sky

😢😢😢. Tried explaining my trauma to someone I thought I loved(didnt) and he just dismissed and even belittled me for feeling these emotions. People always ask me whats wrong, why are you anxious, you think too much, I’m just trying to do my best but sometimes I can’t even move. Oh but wait here comes the peanut gallery calling me dramatic

I hate how relatable these are and my heart breaks for those who have gone through the same situation and can’t break free from it.
I get panic attacks when I’m intimate with someone who touches me the wrong way cause I’m too scared to talk about what happened to me before we get to the bed. 😣

Every. Single. One. I'm 30 years old now and still feel shame. Unfortunately it happened to me way more than once. I've been fighting my whole life just to keep myself numb in any way I can, often dangerous. Thank you for everything that you do, it takes a lot of strength to speak so openly about trauma ❤

A few are relevant, but so many weren't a thing for me (never thought I'd say that regarding SA). Maybe two decades, starting at 8, makes it a difference.
