Adding mulch would help that water splash or adding ground cover. Or simply make a border that would prevent it from plashing up. Or switch to a lighter dark color such as a gray or dark brown/burgundy.

Either different paint or different materials for the cover would work really well especially self cleaning materials

The actual solution is to surround the house with pebbles. This allows for drainage and avoids splashing of mud on any vertical surface. Bad design not incorrect color.

I would have put stone veneer or painted concrete. Can just power wash. Always really great builds sir!

Put the siding on the bottom and those smooth fancy panel on the top half. It's the material and the color.

Use Emerald Rain Refresh from Sherwin-Williams and you shouldn’t have that issue.

Black on top will give the customer a different problem. Heat absorption and aesthetically, black colored homes are not very appealing compared to light colored homes.

That’s because you have to put a sealer on it, they have different sheens, gloss, semi, and matte

You used the wrong type of paint my boi, should be gloss or satin. Keep the black where it is, you will not want the white paint at the bottom, trust me.
