A low lunge or two is on the safe side to feel out any kinks before a run. 10' to 24' of yoga is awesome first thing in the morning. Some yoga moves are much more safe and effective AFTER a run, especially the half splits and half moon. I recommend longer yoga sessions of 30'-55 after a long ass run. FYI, Kate Amber rocks! ;-)
