Many years ago someone left a bottle of gospel rub at my restaurant (pizzeria) as I was a busser. and I used it religiously. Need to get myself one of these and probably keep it stocked.

This year I planted a jalapeno plant in the front yard for the first time. It did really well considering that I really did nothing to help it. The only problem was every pepper was really tiny. I did stuff a batch the same way as showed in this video, but it felt so silly with the tiny peppers that I had. End result was still tasty but I do wish I could grow peppers that are bigger. It's so funny to see recipes online like this and have to deal with a pepper that is a fraction of the size.
