People knock airsoft but the gas blow back rifles strip like the real think and functions the same so can be a great training aid, especially for young ones when you dont want them swinging a 5.56 around, also good training in cqb and if you just want some back yard fun without putting holes through your neighbours house, and not to expensive. Ive got a few gbb airsoft rifles myself just for fun
