Had an enlightening demo session with Jeff focusing on the kinetic shift technique! By altering a bad feeling's sensory profile, we saw a noticeable change.

Imagine a dense black sensation shrinking and becoming less intense right before your eyes. That's the power of submodality shifts! 💡

What negative feeling would you shift away if you could?

Interesting. I learned something similar by touching the area where you have a bad feeling and reaching out and touching a screen that holds the memory of that bad memory and you can take it, make it bigger and the feeling is stronger. Next, you write down The learnings and then you wrap up the screen and throw it. Into the sun, or throw it behind you And make a sound like a thud where it's stuck to a wall real far behind you and you feel better. Very cool! Thanks again, Mike. Mike, I really appreciate you.
