I broke no contact after 2 weeks. I had regrets I felt needed to be said. No reply. I think I would have had regrets either way. Weāre grown adults. It shouldnāt be so hard. I got caught in games. The psychology etc. I was no contact for myself and him. But I broke it for myself. I actually feel better having messaged. He may never reply. But at least I can let go of hope. Fully.
