I understand wanting the flavor of the meat to sign through. However, I believe the benefits of herbs and other spices plus the flavor they add to different dishes is too amazing to miss out on 😩

She's pregnant. Pregnant people don't need food with a ton of seasoning. For the last 3 months of my first pregnancy I ate a roast chicken leg that was only seasoned with salt, and a baked potato with butter and coleslaw and a mixed salad on the side with half an avocado. For lunch and dinner every day!
