this is one of my favourite trainings. not just for balancing and reach a tons of muscles it also is kind of meditation for me. if you want to level it up do it like that:
look to the front, than left, than right, than up and than down. each for 30 secs.
if its easy for you than start shaking your head for 3 secs and try to balance in each direction.

I love kneeling on the ball. It's not that difficult actually. It's much harder to try standing on it with your feet and not falling off! Had a yogi friend who could do that. It's also quite challenging to try laying on the ball with your belly with your legs and arms in the air and keeping your balance. But that's pretty fun. Just make sure to put a mat underneath.

When I was in my twenties I had a coach that took us through a yoga ball shadow boxing progression, we started out sitting progressed to kneeling and finally standing on the yoga ball while shadow boxing..
It was amazing, we got to where we could transition through positions on the ball as if it were the ground..
In my thirties I had a climbing accident that shattered my balance, and I can say from experience, train balance.
When you're done training balance, train more balance.
